Graphic User Interface Development in the Defense Industry

Host & Speaker:
Nick Everhart is Senior Human Factors Engineer with United Defense. His experience includes working as the human factors engineer on large caliber gun and missile systems for the US Army and Navy, including the Army's Crusader program. He has been a lead interface designer on the Crusader crew compartment for over three years, leading the efforts on controls and displays. Nick has also contributed to the anthropometrical design efforts of the crew compartment and other components of the vehicle.

He'll be discussing United Defense's process for Graphic User Interfaces GUIs) development: from requirements to testing, including the fusion of physical elements/limitations of the systems.
 
Security Requirements:
All attendees need a picture id (e.g. driver's license). Attendees who are not United States citizens need a Green Card to enter.
