Natalie Doud is the founder of Synaptic Design, a human-centered design and engineering firm. Her company focuses on translational research, interactive design, and branding. Natalie’s iPhone application Wander is the winner of the University of Minnesota’s 2011 Mobile Application Challenge. Natalie consults on user experience and interactive design and has worked with large and small companies including Target, Thrivent Financial, and Worrell Inc. Natalie and her team lead creativity workshops for agencies and corporations. These workshops improve team cohesion by creating a low-stakes environment to practice collaboration and ideation.
