The Real Deal: Content Strategy

As the content strategy buzz continues to grow, more and more questions are arising within our various professional communities: Why do we need this? Is this really that different from what I do? Does this actually have anything to do with me? Kristina will provide an overview of the practice of content strategy, then lead a facilitated Q&A to discuss how content strategy offers substantive tools and support for usability professionals.
