Program Details:

All too often, designers (and the executives who hire them) prescribe design as if it's a magic pill: a user interview here, a good UX spec there, and the company's difficulties with delivering great experiences are over, right? If only it were that easy. Design has been gaining visibility--especially thanks to a little company in Cupertino--but it can still be incredibly difficult for organizations to take advantage of all that design can do. Kim will talk about why that's the case and what we can do about it.
